How do I know which license to choose?

When purchasing a report, you must select the appropriate license.

A Single User License: allows one user to access the downloaded report.

A Site License: allows up to ten (10) users of a company within a specified geographic area (i.e country) to access the downloaded report.

A Global Site License: allows up to ten (10) user of a company worldwide to access the downloaded report. Please choose the appropriate license with care, as all purchase are subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Can I purchase only selected parts of a report?

Unfortunately, our market reports are only sold as a whole. Please note that for the majority of global reports we also have regional editions available, while among B2C E-Commerce market reports we also have country reports.

Is there an overlap between country, regional and global reports on the same topic?

A country report contains the most comprehensive information about B2C E-Commerce market in this country. Parts of country reports are contained in regional and sub-regional B2C E-Commerce market reports, to give an overview of the whole region, while covering additional countries. Global B2C E-Commerce market reports contain parts of regional reports. Similarly, global reports on a particular topic (e.g. Online Gaming, Cross-Border E-Commerce, etc.) contain parts for regional reports on this topic plus additional regions to ensure a global coverage. The table of contents for each report will give you a comprehensive and detailed overview of information included in the report. The full list of regions and countries contained within a specified report is displayed in the brief description of each report in our online shop. Each report’s Table of Contents clearly outlines the exact content included about each country contained within the report. How can I find out about the exact content contained within a report before purchasing?

We are very transparent about the content of our reports. Each report in our online shop has detailed description, including countries and regions covered, questions answered in the report and key findings, found by clicking on “View Report Details” button. I would like to see a sample of a report. Where can I find it?

Free sample charts from each report can be viewed in the product brochure, a link to which is available on the right-hand side of the report page. Also a standard free sample is available for download from each report page. In order to view the standard sample, please make sure you register for a My yStats Account. All product brochures, however, can be viewed without registration. Moreover, to get an idea what our reports look like you can download a standard Free Full Report from our online shop.

Does yStats.com offer any free reports?

Want to view a full report? We have a standard Free Full Report available for download.

Note: to download the standard Free Full Report, you must go through the standard registration & purchasing process. You will not be charged, and upon completion of all steps the report will be available for download.

Can I view a full report for free?

You can download our standard Free Full Report from the online shop. The standard Free Full Report provides some insights into B2C E-Commerce and online payment markets worldwide and at the same time gives you an idea of what our reports look like. To download the standard Free Full Report you must go through the standard registration and checkout process, but you will not be required to make any payment. Upon completion of all steps the report will be available for download from your My yStats account.

Can I get some report-specific content for free?

On our website you can find some content from our reports for free. For each report we publish sample charts, key findings, infographics and a blog post.  For key findings, please open “view report details” in the market reports section. For press releases, infographics and blog posts, please visit our Media section.

In general, our market reports are published on an annual basis. Online Payment reports are updated on a semiannual basis. We have a publication schedule that we adhere to, so if you’d like to know about a specific report, please contact us.

Do you offer subscriptions to reports?

Yes, we do have a number of subscription options called “Full Access”. What is a CVV number / Where is it located?

The CVV Number (“Card Verification Value”) on your credit card or debit card is a 3-4 digit number on located (for most cards) on the backside of your credit or debit card. This is NOT your secret PIN (Personal Identification Number).

Ordering & Delivery

How do I order a report?

Our reports can be purchased most easily through our Online Shop, but are also available for purchase offline.

To purchase a report from our Online Shop:

First choose the relevant report and appropriate license and click “Add to Cart”. Then, click on the “View Cart” button or on the shopping cart symbol in the upper-right corner of the page. Please check your order, and then proceed to checkout, where you will be prompted to create an account or input log in details (if already registered). Review your billing details and make any necessary changes and then click on “Proceed”, where you may choose your method of payment. After this step, click on “Place Order”. Once your online payment has been completed, you will be able to click on “Download”, which will take you to your “my yStats” account, from where your report will be available as a PDF and PPT for download.

Note: your Invoice and confirmation of completed order will come in separate emails to the email address entered in the billing address form.

To purchase a report via fax or email with PDF attachment:

To order a report offline, please complete and sign the “Fax Order” form, which can be located on the right-hand side of the webpage next to the report overview or in the product brochure. Send the completed and signed order form through fax or email (as a PDF attachment) as indicated on the form. An Invoice will be sent to you afterwards asking for payment via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. After the payment is processed successfully, you will be given the access details to the report.

Which payment methods are available?

Via our online shop, payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, China UnionPay) or PayPal is accepted. When purchasing offline, payment via the above-mentioned methods, in addition to direct bank transfer, are accepted.

Is the payment via yStats.com online shop secure?

All payments in our online shop are secure. The payment processing is handled by WireCard in accordance with the PCI DSS Security Standard of the PCI Standard Council. When paying with credit card, your CVV code is requested, as well as card-specific security layers if you are paying with MasterCard or Visa.

Will I get an invoice?

An invoice will be sent to you automatically via email to the email address entered in the billing details immediately after completion of payment, if you are ordering through our Online Shop. For all orders that are not placed via our Online Shop, an invoice is sent per email after the complete order form is received.

What is the price of the report in my currency?

In your shopping cart you can view the price of the added report in EUR, USD or GBP.

How long does delivery take?

All of our reports are delivered online. All reports ordered online via our Online Shop are available for download immediately following successful processing of payment. For all orders made offline, upon successful processing of payment, access details will be sent via email.

Do I have to pay tax if I purchase a report?

Customers from Germany have to pay an additional tax rate of 19%. Customers from the European Union (EU) do not have to pay tax if they enter a valid VAT Identification Number. Customers from non-EU countries do not have to pay tax. Moreover, tax has to be paid for all private purchases from the EU.

What is a My yStats account?

A My yStats Account allows users to purchase, view and download the reports, and is available to registered users only. It can be accessed by entering login (email) and password in the “Log In” window. After successful login, users are redirected to their My yStats account. The details that you enter upon registration on the website are safely stored and editable through your My yStats account. To purchase products through our Online Shop, you will need to have a My yStats Account.

How can I register?

To register, simply click on the “Sign Up”  button in the upper right corner of the page and you will be redirected to the Sign Up form. Enter your details in the form and click “Join”. Users are required to agree with our Terms and Conditions in order to register. There is also an option to sign up for the weekly Newsletter directly in the registration form.

I’ve forgotten my password, how can I request a new one? / How can I change my existing password?

To reset your password, please click on “Log In” and then “Forgot your password?” In the pop-up window that appears please enter the email address that you’ve registered with, and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Since our reports are information-based digital products and therefore consumed upon purchase/download, we will not refund orders or accept any returns.
